Answers to common questions
We’ve compiled a list of answers to common questions.
- What’s your refund/exchange/cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable unless cancellations are made 30 days in advance. If paid more than deposit amount, a refund will be issued for the paid amount minus the deposit.
- Do I need to bring my own bed sheets/towels/life jackets?
Bed linens are provided for your use, as well as bathroom towels. Beach towels are not provided. There are some life jackets for boating, but ski jackets or children’s jackets are not available.
- Are there designated smoking cabins?
All cabins are non-smoking. Additional cleaning fee of $250 will be assessed if smoking within cottage.
- Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately no. Guests should kindly leave their pet in someone else’s care during their stay at Sunset Shores.
- Is food included?
Food can be included, with certain packages or special requests to our manager.
- How do I reach the manager?
You can call cellular phone: (989) 418-9238 or find her most times in the on-site lodge.
- Are there any options of massages / manicures / pedicures?
YES! We have someone who may come to YOU, to provide these services. Please inquire with manager.
- Is Wi-fi available?
Yes, at a rate of $10/cottage for your stay.
- Are there pontoons, jet skis or motor boats to rent?
Unfortunately, these watercraft are not available to rent from us. You’re welcome to bring your own boat, which you may store at your dock.
